PLOUGHGATE RECIPE: GARDEN BUTTERS
Make the most of your garden’s bounty by making garden butters! One of Ploughgate's favorite compound butters uses ingredients fresh from the garden—nasturtium flowers, lemon peel, and parsley. They bring the butter a bright and complex flavor!
Spread your garden butter on freshly baked biscuits, on grilled fish and vegetables, and it really livens up a cheese board!
Instructions:
- Allow your Ploughgate Cultured Butter to reach room temperature, it should feel soft but not melted
- Sprinkle desired fresh ingredients on top
- Mold the butter, mixing the ingredients into the butter until it's well blended (you can use a spoon or your hands)
- Use in your favorite dishes!
