We’ve taken an old-world cheese and contemporized it for a unique offering that highlights Ploughgate and Maplebrook Farm’s excellence in their dairy fields—cheese and butter.

Introducing our take on Burrino–Maplebrook Farm cheese with Ploughgate Butter.  Choose from four flavors. We love how this unique product celebrates the partnership and collaboration of our two brands.

The process of making Burrino cheese is made by hand-shaping the still hot, fresh mozzarella curd around a ball of butter, and then tying it at the top.
